to start writing again For some time I have been collecting words and writing essays in my mind. Felt a bit scary since I'm on my own feet with this blog but now I decided that I don't give a damn, I just jump and if you follow you do and if you stay behind.... well that's OK to.
Nobody can have missed the magical dates today and for me who don't believe in this " end of the world - chaos theories" its kind of fun to stand beside all the ho ha and look at whats going on.
I do believe in numerology and the sum of today's date is 9 and that really speaks to me together with some info about THE SUPER NEW MOON that we are having just now. The moon will be at its closest approach to earth all month. On a FB page I found this info that really got me inspired to write and start this project.
We are gearing up for a SUPER NEW MOON this week! On Wed/Thurs (depending where you live) the MOON will be at it's closest approach to EARTH all month PLUS IT WILL BE NEW (DARK), supercharging NEW BEGINNINGS.This is also why you have an ins
atiable urge to clean up & get clear. This WEEKEND, I urge you to be physical & let go of mental worries & concerns. We are being given a big break before later on in the week when the cosmos moves us up! Have a great weekend everyone ♥ Elizabeth Peru READ
The NR 9 for me is about altruism and giving from yourself to the rest of the world. And what can be better than to gather women - my colleagues - under the full moon and just be- talk- and listen to each other. Leaving the ranks and hierarchy outside the room - stepping in a red tent beyond space and time.
So in the light of the new moon I'm going to start working toward one of my dreams - to start a red tent women s circle at work.
I work at a council and realize that it might not be the easiest place to start this but I want to give it a go. I think its necessary to recreate the concept of "the Red tent" and I know its been going on for some time in some parts of the world. Women need some sacred space at work and especially now. I wont go hard core "red tent " day one but will start easy and light with some open full moon meditations on the day of the full moon. And then I go from there! I'm so excited about this.
The red tent is an ancient tradition among nomadic cultures where an actual red tent would be used as a retreat for women whilst they menstruated and for 40 days after birth ( in some cultures 80 days if you gave birth to a girl). where women would gather in a tent some days before the new moon when they started to bleed. They were separated from their clan, their husband and their children. they could just rest and hang out. After some day they returned to their clan and family and continued with their everyday life. In some cultures this still exist. I think it sounds fantastic. Imagine being able to relax and just go with your body instead of fighting your cramps with heavy medicine.
Luckily we have a policy at work stating that we can have 1 hour of leisure time during our working hours per week. So I think it will be fully paid for everyone as well.
It will probably take some time to get everything together but I do want to try at the February Full Moon. The Full Moon is on a Sunday so Moon day the 29th is my goal! Se you in my red tent!
